Frequently asked

Before you book.

Which tier should we start with?

If someone on your team can execute and needs direction, start with Advisor. If you need a leader in the room every week and something shipped every month, Operator. If the CMO seat is empty and pipeline is the problem, Embedded. The first call usually makes it obvious.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months. Less than that and the team doesn't have time to absorb the changes. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.

Can we change tiers?

Yes, at the start of any month. Many teams start on Embedded to fix the foundation, then step down to Operator once the engine is running.

Why is Advisor only for teams that can execute?

Advice nobody can act on is the most expensive kind. If no one on your team can ship, Operator or a fixed-price install will get you further for the money.

How do the fixed-price installs fit in?

They're separate projects with a defined scope: an outbound engine, a Clay audit, or an AI SDR. Retainer clients can add one anytime, and Embedded often includes that kind of build within its scope.

Are tools included?

No. Software subscriptions stay in your name and on your card, so you own everything and nothing is marked up.

Not sure which tier? That's what the first call is for.

Thirty minutes. Bring your numbers. I'll tell you which tier fits, or whether a fixed-price project would get you further.
