Speaking

Talks built from systems I've actually run.

I speak about GTM engineering, AI in B2B marketing and sales, and building inbound engines from nothing. No trend decks. Every talk comes with the stack, the steps, and the numbers, because I ran them. Keynotes, panels, podcasts, and private sessions for revenue teams.

Talks

The GTM engineer: what the title means and what to build first

Keynote or breakout, 30 to 45 min

The job description is new; the work isn't. What a GTM engineer actually builds, how it differs from marketing ops and RevOps, the four systems to build in order, and why most companies need one person's worth of it rather than a seat. Live walkthrough of a visitor-ID-to-Slack pipeline built on free tools.

AI in B2B marketing without replacing the team

Keynote or workshop, 30 to 90 min

At Curve Dental I wired intent signals into an AI SDR that added 6 to 10 demos a month with no new headcount, and inbound demos went from 60 a month to 200+. What worked, what embarrassed us, where humans stayed in the loop, and the honest cost. Attendees leave with a build plan for one workflow.

Brand equals demand: the blog post that outworked an SDR team

Keynote, 20 to 30 min

At Marketo, one how-to article generated dozens of inbound calls a week from people who had bought the software and didn't know what to do with it. At Deputy, the same idea took a new market from zero to 100K monthly blog visitors and 800 trial requests a month. The thesis, the mechanics, and how it changes with AI search.

Fractional, full-time, or AI-augmented: the honest math of the marketing seat

Panel or founder session, 30 min

For founders at $2M to $20M ARR deciding who should own marketing. What each option costs, what each one can't do, and the questions to ask before hiring any of them. I've been on three sides of this and I show the prices.

Formats

Keynote or breakout

Conferences and company events. 20 to 45 minutes, with slides built for the room, not recycled.

Private team session

Two hours with your revenue or leadership team, your numbers on screen, a build plan at the end. My favorite format.

Panel

I bring specifics and I'll disagree politely. Moderators tend to invite me back.

Podcast or webinar

Remote, usually free, happy to prep a one-page outline with your host.

Why me

A speaker who has run the thing.

Ten years running demand generation at software companies: Director at Deputy, VP at Fountain, Head of Demand Gen at Northpass through its Gainsight acquisition, Senior Director at Movable Ink, Head of Growth at Curve Dental. Before that, carrying a quota at Marketo.

I come from a family of teachers, and it shows. People leave with something they can build on Monday, and the slides are theirs to keep.

Frequently asked

Before you book.

What do you speak about?

GTM engineering and what it actually looks like inside a company; how to implement AI in B2B marketing and sales without replacing the team; building inbound engines from zero; and the honest math of fractional versus full-time marketing leadership. Every talk is built from systems I've run, with the numbers.

What formats do you do?

Conference keynotes and breakouts (20 to 45 minutes), panels, podcasts and webinars, and private sessions for a leadership or revenue team. Private sessions are the format I like most: two hours, your numbers on the screen, and the team leaves with a build plan.

Do you charge?

Conferences and private team sessions, yes; the fee depends on format, prep, and travel, and I'll quote it on the first call. Podcasts, webinars, and community events are usually free.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

Atlanta. I travel for keynotes and team sessions anywhere in the US, and I do remote sessions anywhere.

How far ahead do you book?

Four weeks for a remote session, eight for anything with travel. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway.
