Who I help / Founders and CEOs
You're running marketing yourself. Hand me the seat until your hire starts.
Most founders at $1M to $15M ARR are the de facto CMO, and the search for a real one runs months. I fill that seat fractionally: a weekly meeting with your team, one build shipped every month, and a plan your eventual hire walks into instead of a blank page.
What you get in the first 90 days
Two-week funnel and stack audit
Where leads come from, where they die, and what the CRM is lying to you about. A ranked fix list, not a deck.
One build shipped a month
An AI SDR, an inbound funnel, a website intent routing system, or whatever moves your number first. Live and documented.
A weekly operating rhythm
One hour with you and whoever touches marketing. Numbers first, then decisions, then the week's work.
Hiring help when you're ready
I write the job description with the 90-day pipeline target in it, screen the candidates, and hand over the plan. Then I step down or out.
Positioning that survives a sales call
At Northpass I led the repositioning from a gig-economy TAM to customer-education SaaS. Gainsight acquired the company shortly after I left. I like to think the work helped.
Spend that reports to pipeline
At Curve Dental I ran about $100K a month in paid media at roughly 10x pipeline. Every dollar had a demo attached to it.
How it goes
Call
30 minutes. You tell me the number and what's in the way. I tell you which tier fits and what month one looks like.
Month one
Audit, ranked fix list, and the first build live. You see pipeline movement before the second invoice.
Months two and three
One build a month, the weekly meeting, and a hiring plan if you want one. At the end you keep the engine either way.
Frequently asked
Before you book.
Why not just hire a full-time head of marketing?
You probably should, eventually. A good one takes three to six months to find and another three to ramp. The retainer bridges that gap and leaves them a working engine instead of a cold start.
Which tier do founders usually start with?
Operator, at $5,500 a month. Advisor ($3,000) works if you already have someone who can execute. Embedded ($7,500 to $10,000) is for when you want me owning the pipeline number outright.
Do you work with pre-revenue companies?
No. Below about $2M ARR or a Series A, the retainer is too large a share of your budget to be a good decision, and I'd rather tell you that than take the money.
What if we need something smaller first?
Fixed-price builds: an Outbound Engine Install is $3,500, a Clay Credit Audit is $2,500, an AI SDR Install is $12,500. Each one is a complete system handed over, no retainer required.
Not your seat?
Who else I help.
Tell me the number. I'll tell you what month one looks like.
A 30-minute call, no pitch deck. You leave with a ranked list of what would move pipeline first, whether or not we work together.
