Who I help / RevOps

Outbound infrastructure and signal routing your sales team actually uses.

You own the stack, the data, and the routing rules, and every new tool lands on your desk half-configured. I build the outbound and signal layer as a finished system: sending domains, warmed inboxes, sequencer, CRM sync, intent routing, and the Clay tables underneath, documented so it keeps running after I leave.

What I build for RevOps

Outbound Engine Install, $3,500

Three sending domains, warmed inboxes, Smartlead or Instantly, HubSpot or Salesforce sync, and three sequences written for your buyer. Everything in your name, on your card.

Clay Credit Audit, $2,500

Where credits go, which waterfalls double-enrich, which columns nobody reads. Worst tables rebuilt, before and after in a doc.

Website intent routing

RB2B or Warmly into Clay, matched against your ICP list, routed to the owning rep in Slack with the account context attached.

Signal pipelines

Hiring, funding, tech-stack, and job-change signals scored and written to the CRM as properties your reps can filter on.

CRM hygiene agents

Automated enrichment, dedupe, and meeting-attendee capture so the data the pipeline reports run on is right.

Documentation that survives you

Every build ships with a written runbook and a recorded walkthrough. When someone asks how it works, you send a link.

How it goes

Call

30 minutes. Walk me through the stack and the routing rules. I'll tell you what to build first and what to stop paying for.

Build

One to four weeks. Built in your tools against real data, with a test cohort of reps before it goes team-wide.

Hand off

Runbook, recorded walkthrough, 30-day tune-up window. You own every credential and every table.

Frequently asked

Before you book.

Do we have to switch tools?

Usually not. Most teams already pay for a CRM, an enrichment source, and a sequencer. The gap is the plumbing between them. I add tools only when they pay for themselves.

How do you handle deliverability?

Separate sending domains, two to three weeks of warmup, tracking off on new domains, plain text, and volume caps per inbox. The main domain never sends cold email.

Can you work inside our Clay workspace?

Yes, and I prefer it. You keep the tables, the credits, and the history. I document what I change.

What does ongoing support look like?

Every build includes a 30-day tune-up window. After that, the Advisor retainer ($3,000 a month) covers a weekly call and async access if you want someone on call.

Not your seat?

Who else I help.

Hand me the plumbing. Keep the credentials.

A 30-minute call to decide what to build first. You leave with the plan and a list of what to stop paying for, whether or not we work together.
