Week 1: Design
Signals, ICP, routing rules, and approval points agreed. Tools connected.

Signal sources, research and drafting, sequencing, and reply triage built and tested on real accounts.
Week 4: Launch
Goes live at a controlled volume. Thirty days of tuning after launch are included.
